"I had received good feedbacks from my colleagues and my CEO regarding the catering that International Catering P/L provided on 25th Jan at CrimsonLogic. All of them enjoyed the food and they were impressed that your staff were friendly and helpful. Ireally appreciated that your staff took the feedback seriously and instantly made any improvement right on the spot. At one point, I observed that the dessert section is very near to the satay and tofu goreng and feedback to one of your staff, he took the feedback and made the some changes and the outcome was much more presentable and segregated the dessert with the main food. Another incident was the crispy cups for the Kueh Pie Tee, which had an "oil smell". This was feedback to one of your staff and he immediately checked and changed the batch of crispy cups. "Thanks for the today's catering. The person who came to do all the set up was really very efficient. He had good attitude and did his job really well. The food was great too! The people mentioned that it was really nice and they enjoyed the food. However, a lot of fruit punch left as most of them were towards the older generation who preferred coffee and tea. I did not know that I could call in to request for smaller portion of coffee and tea. OVerall, experience is really good. I am very impressed with the efficiency of the staff who came to deliver the food today as the beautiful food presentation. I Could see his seriousness in setting up the cutlery to make sure it is very presentable. Thanks for the effort! I do not know his name but i have his mobile number : **** ****.
